| I don’t normally go out of my way to take time to say thank you, but the level of service I have received in the past couple of weeks has been of such a high quality that I feel compelled to. I am in the sales business myself arranging for UK clients to import lighting from factories all over the world so I know a good salesman when I see them. For your interest, here is a brief resume of my experience: On a recent Sunday afternoon I spent time trawling many and various internet sites requesting quotes from several Audi dealers across Britain as well as vehicle leasing companies specialising in Audi Avant A6s, looking to decide between contract hire or actually purchasing a vehicle. I probably sent out more than 20 odd emails as part of trying to find the best deal on the market for my particular needs. The first call I had just after 9am on Monday morning was from Adam at Streetwise, in a pleasant manner finding out my exact requirements and, after doing so, as part of the same phone call, gave me a quote on the precise vehicle that I wanted at a reasonably competitive price, for a vehicle that was immediately available from stock and, importantly for me, also directly from an authorised Audi dealer. I thanked him for his quote and as I expected various other quotes to flood in, said that I would get back to him as soon as possible. Other offers followed later in the day, some quite interesting, and I phoned Adam back to explain that and to see if he could improve his offer at all, which after some consideration he did. Due to the combination of his excellent phone manner and the fact that his price was competitive to others who were not Audi dealers, on the agreement that I could have a brief test drive before signing the deal, I drove up the very next morning to have a look at the car. Adam met me at the Stafford Audi showroom, arranged for an attractive receptionist to make me a decent cup of tea, took me to an office to have a pleasant chat and talk through various details and then we went out for a brief test drive. The car was everything I was hoping for and so the deal was swiftly done. Handshakes all round and within a week or so I have just received delivery directly to my office of the car I want, at the price I want, which included being taken through the workings of all the various cabin controls, etc as well as having the Bluetooth set up for me on my phone by the knowledgeable delivery driver. There have, of course, been several phone calls during this week back and forwards dealing with various deposit payments and admin queries and these have all been handled with swift and confident professionalism by Adam himself. Throughout the entire process I have been made to feel extremely comfortable and under no pressure to commit to anything that I didn’t want to do. In short, Adam has started and completed an entirely model sales job on another salesman well aware of all the tricks in the trade. I simply could not be happier with the quality of the whole process and the car that I am now delighted to be driving. I understand that Adam is in his early days with Streetwise but I am certain that if he continues this high level of personable, expert and competitive service he will go far and encourage myself and others to continue doing business with Stafford Audi and Streetwise vehicle leasing in the future.
